• Locations are arranged according to seasonal scenery, natural conditions, facility operations, and availability. Some locations featured on this website may not be available on your shooting date
• Hair & makeup, on-location styling support, and photography props are included. The bride is required to bring her own adhesive bra
• Private transportation is provided during the shoot in the Mt. Fuji area. Complimentary transfers are available for accommodations within approximately 20 minutes by car from our Mt. Fuji studio. For accommodations outside this area, please provide your hotel details before booking so we can confirm availability and any additional charges
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit have been received
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made by the client. For rescheduling or transferring a reservation, please refer to our FAQ and your booking agreement
• Photographs from your session may be featured on Wagokoro’s official website, social media, or portfolio. If you prefer to keep your photographs private, please let us know when booking or before your session
• If weather conditions make the shoot difficult, rescheduling and alternative arrangements will be handled according to our FAQ and booking agreement
