・This plan is limited to two participants. Please contact our customer service team for groups of more than two.
・Hair and makeup and attire are included. Kimono attire is provided by Fuji Oiran Kimono.
Additional charges apply when upgrading the attire included in the plan.・Photography locations will be arranged according to the season, scenery and conditions on the day. Our team will select suitable locations for the session.
・Dates cannot be reserved verbally. A reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
・A deposit of 30% of the total plan price is required. The remaining balance is payable on site after the session.
・The deposit is non-refundable. The reservation may be transferred to another person, and the original plan price will remain valid for one year.
・Venue rental fees are not included. Additional charges apply when a selected location requires a reservation, admission or rental fee.
・An initial set of colour-corrected images will be provided for review within 14 days after the session. Final images will be delivered within 40 days after confirmation.
・Please download and back up your files promptly. Image files will remain available for 60 days.
・In the event of a typhoon, heavy rain, natural disaster or other extreme weather conditions, the photography date may be rescheduled by prior arrangement.
・Please inform us in advance of any specific retouching requests. One round of revisions is included for each retouched image.
・Photographs from the session may be featured in Wagokoro’s portfolio, including our official website and social media. If you prefer not to have your photographs published, please inform us when booking or before the session.
・The services and prices are based on the plan shown on this page. Individual items, including photography equipment or retouching, cannot be removed in exchange for a discount.
・Our photography is based on Wagokoro’s established visual style. We do not provide exact reproductions of another photographer’s work.
