• Photography may take place at selected gardens or traditional Japanese-style rooms in Tokyo. Some locations require advance reservations, and venue fees, admission fees, application fees, and other related charges are not included
• Hair and makeup, styling accessories, and photography props are included. Female guests are required to bring their own NuBra
• Actual photography locations are arranged according to seasonal scenery, venue availability, and reservation status. Locations featured on our website may not be available on every date
• Private vehicle transportation during the photography itinerary is included. Please make your own way to the designated hair and makeup location. After the session, you will be returned to the same location before departure
• A 30% deposit of the total plan price is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit payment have been received
• Photographs from your session may be featured as part of Wagokoro’s portfolio on our official website, social media, and other promotional platforms. If you prefer not to have your photographs published, please inform us when booking or before the photography date. We will respect your privacy and will not use the photographs publicly
• Changes to the photography date, cancellations, and weather-related arrangements are subject to the policies stated in our FAQ and booking agreement
